A terminally ill girl (Wasikowska) falls for a boy (Henry 'son of Dennis' Hopper) who has a penchant for attending funerals of strangers. He also has a strange friendship with the ghost of a Japanese kamikaze pilot from the second World War. Gus Van Sant's coming-of-age indie drama promises to tug at your heart strings with its tale of friendship and young love.

"Mr Van Sant directs young actors with enormous sympathy accompanied by just the right measure of grown-up detachment. " - A. O. Scott, NY Times
"Reminiscent of 'Romeo and Juliet', 'Harold and Maude', and 'Love Story'-RESTLESS sets itself apart from the rest. Mia Wasikowska is captivating. Henry Hopper makes an impressive debut." - A.M. Homes, VANITY FAIR
